At Washex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The item should also be returned in its original packaging, and a valid proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt must be provided when requesting a return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item. Please make sure the product is securely packaged before shipping it back to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the payment will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos showing the issue. In such cases, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
